Patches and Tattoo Embroidery

A customer came to us with a tattoo that he wanted on his vest.
We took a photo of the tattoo and was able to secure the rough
sketch from the tattoo artist. This took us 3 hours to
digitize and 2
1/2 hours to stitch on the embroidery machine. Total
stitch count
was 68,000.

The patches shown are for a local motorcycle club that requested
patches.
The top rocker is 11 inches wide. The center patch is 6 inches wide and 9 inches tall. Upon request, we can add Heat-n-Bond iron on adhesive backing so the patch can be simply ironed on. The main patch (bottle) is 62,000 stitches and took 1 hour 40 minutes to embroider. Digitizing was FREE as it took less than 1 hour. |
