How to Order Custom Embroidery
Q1: How
do I know if embroidery is right for my project?
If you desire a higher quality and
longer lasting image of your design, embroidery is the right
process for you.
Q2: How
can I make sure my design will digitize and embroider well?
All you need to do
is give us the best artwork you have. Whether you
have a digital graphic file, or just a printed sample, one
thing is certain: we can work with it.
We have years of experience turning customer-supplied
artwork into great embroidery work.
Sometimes artwork needs a little
adjusting to embroider well. We work closely with our
customers to arrive at solutions that make the job look
great.
Q3: How
do I get my design to T-Shirt USA?
We can take your logo by
email, or via
regular delivery methods. Faxed artwork can be used for
quotation purposes, but not for final art.
Q4: What
if I don't have a design?
We may be able to create original
artwork for your needs. Please
contact
us for additional information.
Q5: Do I
have to supply the shirts, caps, etc. that I want
embroidered?
You may supply the
apparel, or we can supply it for you. We have sources
for all types of apparel from t-shirts, sweatshirts,
baseball caps, bags, polo shirts and more.
Q6: How
long will it take?
Under normal circumstances, the
finished product can be delivered, including the time to
digitize a new logo, within 1 week...
or faster, if necessary.
Q7: How
much will it cost?
Since embroidery is a customized
process, each job needs to be quoted separately. The
embroidery cost is based on the number of stitches in the
logo, and the number of garments being produced. T-Shirt USA
can produce items where logos can contain up to 12 colors at
no additional cost. Each logo on the garment is handled
