customers is, "How much will it cost?" While every job
has slightly different requirements, there are some general
pricing guidelines which can help you determine costs.
Embroidery Pricing
These prices cover designs with
1 to 12 colors and are based on
the maximum number of stitches.
For a truly
personalized garment, T-Shirt USA can stitch names, initials
or even personalized sayings on almost any garment.

Computer Set-Up
- All computer set-ups are the
property of T-Shirt USA
- Custom set-ups of basic lettering
fonts (not digitized)
mixing block letters on an arc or script letters
in a straight line = $25.00 per design
- Adding up to 15 letters with no
artwork
on an existing set-up = $25.00 per design
- Straight copy of 9 letters or
less, one style,
one size letter = $25.00 per design
- Increasing embroidery size from
garment to garment
after digitizing has been made, like a cap logo
- 2.25" to a shirt chest 2.75" = No
